Os dejo los datos que ha puesto por si pudiera interesar:Transaction: Bought Priceline PCLNPurchase Price: $1,068.72Fair Value Estimate: $1,822Price/Fair Value Estimate: 0.59Fair Value Uncertainty: HighMorningstar Rating: 5 StarsEconomic Moat: NarrowMoat Trend: PositiveStewardship: Exemplary (click to show/hide)Carta de Matt:I sold the Hare's PetSmart PETM shares this morning. In December, PetSmart accepted an acquisition offer of $83 per share from a group of private equity investors. The price seems more than fair--our stand-alone valuation of PetSmart was $71 before the acquisition rumors began--and it's unlikely that a higher offer will emerge. With the stock trading about 2% below the offer price, I see limited upside from here, but possibly significant downside if the offer were to fall through. Our PetSmart investment delivered a 41% total return in roughly seven months.I used our PetSmart proceeds to initiate a position in Priceline PCLN, a stock I've been eyeing for months. Just yesterday, a new Morningstar analyst took over coverage of Priceline. He reaffirmed our narrow moat, positive moat trend, and exemplary stewardship ratings. He also bumped up our fair value estimate by more than 21%, to $1,822 from $1,500, on more optimistic assumptions for future revenue growth and margins. With Priceline's stock treading water the past year, it is now trading at a steep 41% discount to our fair value estimate. I'll have more to say on Priceline in today's roundup, but in the meantime here are the execution details: Me alegra verte por aquí.
